New Home Design
As a new home client, we will assist you in every way. Chose from one of hundreds of floor plans or get creative and come up with your own. Any way you chose we will provide you with the kind of expert advice most builders simply don’t posses.
There are many ways to go about financing a new home construction. The simple way is to get a construction loan and use a title company to escrow funds to be released to the builder once aspects of the construction are completed. After occupancy is achieved the loan can be re-financed into a standard mortgage. It’s more complicated on paper than it is and we suggest you work with your preferred lender to sort out some of those details. If you need a recommendation for a lender we’d be glad to offer you advice.
Completion and Occupancy
Once the build is complete, we’ll make sure any “punch list” items are done and warranties are submitted. After a final inspection and walk through you’ll be ready to move in. Our entire family is ready to do what it takes during this process to make sure you are enjoying your new home…this is a great time in people’s lives that really enjoy sharing with them.
